Overlooking Central Park at the intersection of East Harlem and the Upper East Side; unique location robust community based primary care experience while serving as a referral center for a diverse medically complex patient population;

  • 13 blocks/year

  • Blended learning which combines academic half days, noon conferences, and an asynchronous primary care curriculum.
