The American Academy of Pediatrics offers an advocacy internship in Washington, DC for medical students, pediatric residents, and fellowship trainees. Interns work with the AAP State and Federal Advocacy teams, who advocate for policies to benefit pediatricians and child health.

AAP Community Pediatrics Training Initiative (CPTI)

AAP CPTI is a national program that enhances child health by equipping pediatricians with leadership and advocacy skills through faculty development, community partnerships, and policy engagement.

Save the Children Action Network

Save the Children Action Network (SCAN) is the advocacy and political arm of Save the Children, working to build bipartisan support for policies that give every child a strong start in life.
