CURRICULUM
13 blocks, 4 weeks each, Monday starts.
Balanced inpatient /outpatient
Elective blocks starting in Intern year (total of 7)
Not X+Y but full day clinics during inpatient services and flexible scheduling of vacation
Night Float weekday coverage for wards/PICU
No more that twelve - 24 hour calls over 2 years (no 24 calls as interns)
Doctor Days - 3 days per year for personal /self care (not have to use sick/vacation leave)
Weekly Grand Rounds, and Wed Conferences, weekday Morning Reports
