As a program, we value training residents to be excellent Pediatricians while prioritizing work-life balance. We take a lot of initiatives to ensure that our residents are well taken care of while they go through training. Residents are encouraged to provide feedback which we seriously and work hard to implement.
We recognize that every trainee’s career aspirations are unique. With that, we work hard to curate individualized training experiences for every resident with the guidance from Chiefs and Leadership.
