CURRICULUM
Schedule: 4 week blocks, 13 per year. No 24 hour calls for any resident at any level.
10 elective rotations, elective catalog with over 40 options
Academic half day conferences, ALL residents excused from clinical duties to attend
DIVERSITY INITIATIVES
Funding visiting rotation for 4th year URiM students
Moving stipend for URiM residents and fellows
Resident Diversity Council with program support and mentorship
Improving bias and mistreatment reporting
