LOCATION

Minneapolis/St. Paul: Twin Cities (neighboring metropolitan areas) Great food scene, most theater seats per capita outside of New York Tons of green space, lakes, hiking, walking and biking trails that are very convenient Many professional and semi-professional sports teams Beautiful and affordable, experience and enjoy all 4 seasons

CURRICULUM
  • Schedule: 4 week blocks, 13 per year. No 24 hour calls for any resident at any level.

  • 10 elective rotations, elective catalog with over 40 options

  • Academic half day conferences, ALL residents excused from clinical duties to attend

DIVERSITY INITIATIVES
  • Funding visiting rotation for 4th year URiM students

  • Moving stipend for URiM residents and fellows

  • Resident Diversity Council with program support and mentorship

  • Improving bias and mistreatment reporting
