  • Large free-standing children’s hospital with level 4 NICU

  • Tertiary referral center accepting patients from all of Iowa, as well as the surrounding Midwest states.

CURRICULUM
  • 13 Four week blocks

  • Comprehensive inpatient experience with both hospitalist and subspecialty-only services

  • Opportunities for electives in all pediatric subspecialties

  • Career Elective as PL-2

  • Teaching electives in PL-2 and PL-3 year

  • Four-week Maternity/Paternity Elective
